Validity and Usage Terms of Points:
- Please log in to your member account, and all submitted orders and points will be recorded in your account. If you are not a member yet, please register as a member first. After logging in and completing the checkout process, the purchase amount will be recorded in your member account.
- Points redemption is based on the redemption rate corresponding to the members membership level. The points are valid for 24 months, and any expired points will be automatically cleared.
- For regular orders that require cancellation, returns, or refunds, the earned points will be deducted. Any cash discount vouchers or product redemption vouchers obtained through points redemption will deduct the points used at the time of redemption and cannot be refunded to the account.
- Chong Kio reserves the right to reject any applicant’s application, review membership, and terminate any members account at its sole discretion.
- Once the members account is activated, it represents acceptance of all terms and conditions of Chong Kio Membership Points Program and is subject to its limitations.
- Chong Kio has the right to modify the content of the Membership Points Program, methods of earning points, methods of points redemption, points validity, and available rewards at any time without prior notice to members. It is the responsibility of Members to regularly review the latest terms and conditions of the program. Chong Kio is not responsible for any losses or disputes arising from changes to the terms and conditions.
- In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- By participating in the Membership program, individuals are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program. Chong Kio may modify the terms and conditions of the program periodically without further notice.
